Shipping policy
At Kleintjie, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and worry-free as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about deliveries.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
- Orders are dispatched once payment has been confirmed and delivery details have been verified.
- Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Couriers deliver Monday to Friday only (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Deliveries can only be made to physical street addresses — we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Pre-order Delivery
Items that are on pre-order will be marked on your order and have all the relevant information on the item's product page, which we will keep up to date if there are any changes. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are ready to ship.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us at info@kleintjie.co.za with your tracking number so we can assist in following up with the courier.
If your order arrives damaged, please report it to the courier company directly and retain all packaging and the damaged product for the claim process.
