Refund policy
At Kleintjie, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and worry-free as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, exchanges and warranties.
Warranty
Our play mats include a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This covers faults caused during production but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
In the unlikely event that your play mat arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us at info@kleintjie.co.za as soon as possible so we can assist.
Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 business days of delivery
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- You must provide your order number and reason for the return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked courier service.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item:
- We will send you a quotation for the courier and exchange costs
- Once accepted, we will arrange the collection and replacement delivery
Returned products must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed excluding original shipping costs
- We will contact you to confirm your banking details
Refunds cannot be issued for items purchased more than 6 months ago.
